This workshop provides an essential introduction to the nature of childhood trauma, how we respond to these types of hurts as children, the lasting impact of abuse, and how to walk the road to recovery.
Who would most benefit from this workshop: Adult survivors of childhood trauma, partners and loved ones of adult survivors of childhood trauma, those in helping or religious professions who work with people who have survived trauma, anyone who wants to be trauma informed in their relationships.

The Forgiveness Workshop
This workshop will explore what forgiveness actually means, what it doesn’t mean, what conditions are required, how intimate injuries harm us, and what is involved in the stages of a forgiveness process.

Understanding Healthy Boundaries Workshop
This workshop examines childhood influences on our adult boundary systems, common boundary violations, internal and external boundaries, the value of healthy boundaries, and how to establish and maintain them.
